At GC, we’re proud to offer innovative products that meet the needs
of our customers. To help us continue expanding our offerings, we’re
in search of an experienced product manager to lead a
multidisciplinary development team. The ideal candidate will have a
keen eye for gaps in consumer product offerings and an innovative
mindset for filling them as measure of enhancing customer service at
GC. This person should be a highly skilled market analyst with a
proven ability to strategize the full lifecycle of a product, from
conception to release.
A key element of this role is the effective understanding of LOS/LMS
and communications systems with a keen eye on managing and
improving customer experience.
Role
● Conduct market research and customer feedback to identify business
requirements, customer pain points and opportunities for
improvements.
● Define product vision, strategy and roadmap for customer
communications and core systems (PLF)
● Communicate product strategy, goals and progress to internal and
external audiences, including senior management, business, CC,
operations.
● Work closely with business, tech, engineering, CC, and ops teams to
deliver high-quality products with quick time-to-market.
● Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototyping
and final development by engineering teams and do complete UAT
cycle.
● Drive product launches and collaborate with business, CC, ops, and
other stakeholders to ensure successful adoption and retention.
● Evaluate product performance and user behaviour using data and
analytics tools.
● Manage customer communications and requirements around core
systems to continuously improve customer experience.
● Act as a product evangelist and advocate for customer excellence
within the company and externally
● Drive and influence key business decisions across the company on
regular basis.
Qualification &
experience
● Years of experience – 5+ years
● Mandatory Qualification – MBA
● Experience owning technology products. Understanding of
LOS/LMS/communications systems a strong advantage
Essential skills
● Should have worked on customer experience initiatives involving
techno-functional projects.
● Expert level attention to detail and strong organizational
communication skills
Ideal candidate
● Proven work experience of at least 4 years as a product manager or
similar role in the banking or financial industry. PLF exposure highly
● Experience in creating and managing customer communications and
core banking system products or platforms.
● Solid technical background with understanding of software
development and web technologies
● Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability
to tailor your message to different audiences and contexts.
● Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to influence and
persuade others
● Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-
paced environment.
● Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
● Proven success in overseeing all elements of the product
development lifecycle
Note:-
The years of exp can be less/more whatever fits the comp range of 17 LPA (INCLUSIVE OF 10% VARIABLE).
Candidates with Product Management Experience is what we are seeking and only from the Banking & Financial Services/NBFC industry with exposure to LMS/LOS systems.
