Job Title: Benefits Specialist – Darwin
Location: Mumbai

Position Overview
We are looking for experienced Benefits Specialists with strong expertise in international benefits administration (non-US) and hands-on exposure to Darwin benefits administration. The role involves managing benefits and payroll operations, incidents, defects, integrations, annual enrollment activities, reporting, and coordination with international stakeholders and vendors.
Key Responsibilities
Benefits & Payroll Operations
Manage incidents and JIRA tickets related to benefits data issues and track them through closure.
Monitor integration failures and coordinate with vendors for resolution.
Support the Process Manager in Darwin to complete payroll activities.
Review pre- and post-payroll closure queries and identify discrepancies before data is transferred to the payroll team.
Support benefits-related queries and payroll processes across international locations.
Annual & Ad-hoc Benefits Management
Manage annual benefits enrollment windows.
Review and approve eligible exceptions for qualifying life events such as marriage and childbirth.
Maintain and update benefits portal content based on vendor changes, additions, and contact-detail updates.
Reporting & Analysis
Generate, analyze, and publish periodic benefits reports.
Maintain accuracy and consistency in benefits data and reporting.
Provide structured reports and insights to internal stakeholders and clients.
Required Skills & Experience
5–10 years of overall experience, preferably with 5–6 years in international benefits and Darwin.
Mandatory experience in International Benefits Administration (Non-US).
Hands-on experience with Darwin benefits administration tool is preferred/optional.
Strong Workday HR knowledge.
Strong MS Excel skills including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Data Analysis.
Good knowledge of MS Office Suite.
Experience with JIRA and incident/ticket management.
Strong project management and defect-resolution skills.
Experience coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders.
Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent English communication skills.
Experience in pilot processes and process documentation is preferred.
Work Requirements
100% Work From Office in Mumbai.
No remote option.
Candidates must be flexible to work in rotational shifts under a 24x7 delivery model.
