Buyer – Strategic Sourcing & Procurement

Location: Hyderabad, India Work Setup: Onsite

Job Type: Full-time Band: BPO 3/4 Experience: 4–9 Years [JD: 5-8 yrs must-have]

Role Summary

Drive strategic sourcing and procurement for assigned categories. Lead negotiations, supplier collaboration, and contract management using SAP Ariba and analytics tools. Ensure cost optimization, compliance, and best-practice procurement execution.

Must-Have Requirements

- Experience: 5–8 years in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management

- Skills: Strong negotiation, Analytical, and Communication skills. Proficiency in sourcing tools, contract management systems, and MS Office Suite

- Education: Bachelor’s in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience

Good to Have

- Language: CEFR English B2 or higher required; C1 preferred

- Systems: SAP Ariba experience for sourcing events, contract management, and supplier collaboration strongly preferred

- Analytics: Advanced Excel – Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, advanced formatting. Tableau proficiency – Dashboards, filters, workbooks for large data analysis

- Domain: Knowledge of procurement best practices and legal requirements
