Lead Large-Scale UK Mortgage Operations with a Global BFSI Organization
We're seeking an accomplished Delivery Head – UK Mortgage Operations to lead large-scale banking operations, driving operational excellence, client success, and business growth. This is a strategic leadership opportunity for professionals with deep expertise in UK Mortgage, Banking Operations, Service Delivery, Client Management, Operational Transformation, and P&L ownership, managing high-performing teams across multiple locations.
Qualifications
18–25 years of experience in BPO, BPM, Banking, or Financial Services Operations
Mandatory experience leading UK Mortgage Operations at scale
Proven success managing large delivery teams of approximately 1,000 employees
Strong expertise in Service Delivery, Client & Stakeholder Management, Operational Excellence, Risk & Compliance, Workforce Planning, and P&L Management
Experience driving transformation, automation, Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement initiatives
Excellent leadership, communication, commercial, and executive stakeholder management skills
MBA, postgraduate qualification, or Lean/Six Sigma certifications are advantageous
Eligibility
Location: Mumbai (Preferred) | PAN India
Flexibility to travel or relocate across India and support UK business hours when required
PAN and DOB are mandatory for profile creation
