Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced DERM Lead to drive delivery excellence, continuous improvement, quality management, and data-driven transformation across Finance & Accounting Operations (FAO).
The role will focus on developing a data-driven culture, driving Lean Six Sigma initiatives, strengthening Quality Management Systems, improving client satisfaction, and delivering measurable business value through process transformation, automation, and digital initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery Excellence & Continuous Improvement
Drive a data-driven culture across operations through quality tools, methodologies, and training.
Develop and execute continuous improvement roadmaps for client accounts.
Lead process improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
Identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, quality, and business value.
Quality Management
Facilitate deployment of Quality Management Systems (QMS), including ISO and CMMI practices.
Build organizational capabilities in Quality Management, Lean Six Sigma, and digital transformation.
Establish effective risk identification and mitigation frameworks.
Transformation & Innovation
Drive automation, innovation, and digital transformation initiatives.
Leverage Data Analytics, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence where applicable.
Develop and showcase successful transformation and innovation case studies.
Client & Stakeholder Management
Conduct thought-leadership workshops with clients and internal stakeholders.
Engage with clients to understand business challenges and develop improvement strategies.
Ensure Delivery Excellence initiatives are effectively implemented and recognized.
Build strong stakeholder relationships and influence business outcomes.
Leadership & Program Management
Lead and mentor process improvement and transformation teams.
Manage improvement programs and ensure delivery against targeted business outcomes.
Promote a culture of innovation and challenge existing processes.
Drive competency development across Lean Six Sigma, QMS, and digital transformation.
Required Qualifications & Skills
9–15 years of overall experience in business problem-solving, transformation, or process improvement.
4+ years of experience as a Lean Six Sigma / Transformation professional in FAO processes – Mandatory.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt – Mandatory.
Experience in the Service Industry – Mandatory.
Proven experience delivering measurable business value and productivity improvements.
Practical experience in Lean Six Sigma, automation, and process transformation.
Experience with Data Analytics, Machine Learning, or Artificial Intelligence is an advantage.
Strong client and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, influencing, and program management capabilities.
Self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable challenging the status quo.

Educational Requirements
M.Com
MBA in Finance
CA / ICWA
Engineering degree with proven Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or transformation expertise in FAO processes
Shift & Travel
Willingness to work in all shifts; currently afternoon shift.
Willingness to travel to different locations based on client/organizational requirements.
