Job Description

TCS is looking for an experienced Employee Data Governance (EDG) Specialist to provide Human Resources support services for onshore employees with a strong focus on effectiveness, efficiency, and customer service. The role involves handling HR transactions, employee data management, Workday activities, ServiceNow cases, and reporting functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative, transactional, and employee records management activities.

  • Process HR workflows and ServiceNow cases efficiently.

  • Manage Workday reports and ensure employee data accuracy and hygiene.

  • Handle Hire-to-Retire HR transactions, including:

    • Employee Data Management (EDM)

    • HR Administration

    • Employee Lifecycle Events

  • Process promotions, personal data changes, transfers, compensation changes, cost center changes, and separations in Workday.

  • Manage Workday Inbox and filters effectively.

  • Support Workday sandbox testing activities.

  • Prepare and publish weekly and monthly reports.

  • Coach and support team members when required.

  • Deliver training sessions and support pilot transitions.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4–8 years of experience in HR Operations, preferably supporting US and Europe HRO verticals.

  • Expert-level knowledge of Workday and ServiceNow.

  • Experience in Hire-to-Retire HR processes and employee data management.

  • Strong understanding of employee lifecycle transactions.

  • Experience in Workday reporting and data validation activities.

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and manage multiple priorities.

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office applications.

Working Conditions

  • Flexible to work in 24x7 shifts.

  • Work From Office (No Work From Home).

  • Willingness to work extended hours when required to meet business deadlines.

  • Candidates must be comfortable working from the Mumbai office.
