Job Description

TCS is looking for an experienced Employee Data Governance (EDG) Specialist to provide Human Resources support services for onshore employees with a strong focus on effectiveness, efficiency, and customer service. The role involves handling HR transactions, employee data management, Workday activities, ServiceNow cases, and reporting functions.

Key Responsibilities

Perform administrative, transactional, and employee records management activities.
Process HR workflows and ServiceNow cases efficiently.
Manage Workday reports and ensure employee data accuracy and hygiene.
Handle Hire-to-Retire HR transactions, including:
- Employee Data Management (EDM)
- HR Administration
- Employee Lifecycle Events
Process promotions, personal data changes, transfers, compensation changes, cost center changes, and separations in Workday.
Manage Workday Inbox and filters effectively.
Support Workday sandbox testing activities.
Prepare and publish weekly and monthly reports.
Coach and support team members when required.
Deliver training sessions and support pilot transitions.

Required Skills & Experience

4–8 years of experience in HR Operations, preferably supporting US and Europe HRO verticals.
Expert-level knowledge of Workday and ServiceNow.
Experience in Hire-to-Retire HR processes and employee data management.
Strong understanding of employee lifecycle transactions.
Experience in Workday reporting and data validation activities.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and manage multiple priorities.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
Basic knowledge of MS Office applications.

Working Conditions

Flexible to work in 24x7 shifts.
Work From Office (No Work From Home).
Willingness to work extended hours when required to meet business deadlines.
