Job Title: Finance & Accounts – BlackLine Consultant

Location: Noida

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced BlackLine Consultant to support Finance & Accounting transformation initiatives. The role involves implementing and configuring BlackLine solutions, gathering business requirements, optimizing financial processes, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver high-quality ERP and financial reconciliation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Configure and implement BlackLine solutions across finance operations.
Manage Account Reconciliation, Task Management, and Journal modules.
Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
Collaborate with finance teams to design effective solutions.
Support ERP integration and financial process optimization.
Configure standard and custom financial reports.
Troubleshoot application and process-related issues.
Ensure successful project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
Drive continuous process improvement and automation initiatives.
Provide functional support and user guidance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

7–10 years of experience in Finance & Accounting or ERP Consulting.
Hands-on experience with BlackLine.
Experience with Account Reconciliation, Task Management, and Journals.
Knowledge of Configuration vs Customization.
Strong ERP application knowledge.
Strong Finance & Accounting domain knowledge.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
