Job Title: Fixed Assets Accounting – TM

Location: Kolkata
Experience: 3–5 Years
Shift: ANZ Shift (4:00/5:00 AM)
Work Mode: 5 Days Work from Office

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Fixed Assets Accounting professional with experience in Fixed Assets and Lease Accounting. The role involves executing accounting activities, reconciliations, month-end close, lease transactions, compliance, audit support, and process improvement while maintaining accuracy and SLA requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform Fixed Assets accounting activities including capitalization, depreciation, transfers, disposals, and asset reconciliation.
• Process lease accounting transactions including lease recognition, remeasurement, modifications, and reporting support.
• Prepare and validate balance sheet reconciliations and resolve reconciling items.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities within defined timelines.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and audit requirements.
• Provide support for internal and external audits as required.
• Deliver accurate and timely outputs in line with SLAs and quality standards.
• Identify process gaps and support continuous improvement and automation initiatives.
• Work with internal stakeholders to resolve queries and provide required information.
• Maintain trackers, process documentation, and SOPs.
• Use ERP systems such as SAP/JDE and MS Excel for accounting and reconciliation activities.

Eligibility:
• Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10+2+3).
• B.Com, M.Com, Bachelor's/Master's in Finance & Accounting or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Willingness to work in ANZ shift starting around 4:00/5:00 AM.
• Flexible with working hours.
• 5 days work from office is mandatory.
• PAN and DOB are required for profile creation.
