Role: General Ledger (RTR) – Project Costing
We’re looking for professionals with 3–7+ years of experience in Project Costing, General Accounting, Bookkeeping & Reporting to join our team in Gurgaon.
Key Skills
- Strong knowledge of General Accounting & Project Costing
- GL Reconciliation, Journal Entries & Month-End Close
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Treasury and reconciliation knowledge
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- MS Office — Excel, Word & PowerPoint
- Strong domain expertise and result orientation
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Maintain confidentiality of work-related information
Key Responsibilities
- Job routing, invoicing & invoice distribution
- GL reconciliation, job listing & WIP management
- Materials allocation, labour hours & cost analysis
- Statement of Values (SOV) and SOV invoicing
- Journal entry preparation, posting & analysis
- Accrual creation and posting
- Internal & external customer communication
- Month-end close activities
- Process improvement & transformation
- SLA/KPI tracking and reporting
Eligibility
Graduate with 3–7+ years of relevant Project Costing / General Accounting experience.
Important: Ex-TCS employees are not eligible to apply.
