Hiring: German Language Processor Lead (HRO + German) | Bangalore | 8–10 Years

Role Overview

We are hiring an experienced German Language Processor Lead (HRO + German) to lead end-to-end Hire-to-Retire (H2R) HR operations for global clients. The ideal candidate should have strong HR Shared Services experience, German language proficiency, and hands-on expertise in HRIS platforms such as Workday.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Tier-1 & Tier-2 HR support for German-speaking employees.
Manage end-to-end Hire-to-Retire (H2R) operations including onboarding, employee data management, transfers, promotions, leave administration, and offboarding.
Handle HR processes related to Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, Recruiting, Performance Management, and Employee Relations.
Ensure SLA, TAT, and quality compliance while resolving complex HR cases.
Lead Learning Operations and coordinate training programs.
Mentor team members and collaborate with global HR stakeholders.
Maintain employee data accuracy and ensure GDPR compliance.
Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational excellence.

Required Skills

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
8–10 years of HR Shared Services / HR Operations experience.
German language proficiency (B2/C1 or above).
Strong experience in Hire-to-Retire (H2R) processes.
Hands-on experience with Workday HCM, ServiceNow, SuccessFactors, or similar HRIS.
Experience supporting global clients.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Preferred Skills

Experience leading HR Operations/HRO teams.
Exposure to Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, and Learning Operations.
Lean Six Sigma/Continuous Improvement certification.
Workday HCM and/or Goethe German certification.
