Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Global Payroll Delivery Lead with strong expertise in ADP GlobalView and Celegro to lead multi-country payroll operations. The role involves overseeing payroll delivery, ensuring compliance and accuracy, managing teams, handling escalations, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end multi-country payroll operations and ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
Oversee payroll performance, workload balancing, incident resolution, and customer satisfaction.
Act as an escalation point for payroll-related risks, issues, and decisions.
Perform end-to-end quality control and ensure adherence to payroll process controls.
Train and mentor team members on payroll processes and controls.
Serve as the primary liaison between payroll teams and clients.
Prepare monthly SLA metrics, dashboards, and management reports.
Support payroll implementations and transition activities.
Ensure compliance with country-specific payroll laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
Work closely with Business, HR, and IT leadership to resolve complex payroll issues.
Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across global payroll delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
14–18 years of experience in payroll processing, payroll systems, or HRIS.
ADP GlobalView and ADP Celegro experience is mandatory.
Strong experience in global/multi-country payroll processing.
Exposure to US, UK, and Middle East payroll is required.
Experience across regions including UAE, Saudi Arabia, US, Canada, LATAM, Europe, UK, APAC, and ASEAN is preferred.
Experience managing mid-size payroll operations and teams.
Payroll implementation and transition experience.
Strong knowledge of payroll laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, critical-thinking, and stakeholder-management skills.
Experience with payroll platforms such as ADP, Paychex, Deel, SAP, or Workday is an advantage.
