Lead Large-Scale Finance Operations with a Global Organization!

Are you an accomplished Finance & Accounting leader with extensive experience managing large F&A operations in a BPO environment? If you have expertise in driving operational excellence, leading high-performing teams, and delivering strategic financial solutions, this leadership opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Finance & Accounting operations, including:

Accounts Payable (AP)
Accounts Receivable (AR)
General Ledger (GL)
Reconciliations
Payroll

Drive process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Ensure SLA compliance, operational excellence, and client satisfaction.

Lead large teams while mentoring and developing future leaders.

Manage client relationships, stakeholder communications, and governance reviews.

Oversee financial controls, compliance, audits, and regulatory requirements.

Support business transformation, process optimization, and digital initiatives.

Manage transitions, stabilize operations, and scale Finance & Accounting services for global clients.

Must-Have Skills

12–15 years of Finance & Accounting experience with leadership exposure.

Strong expertise in end-to-end Finance & Accounting operations within a BPO/Shared Services environment.

Experience managing:

Accounts Payable
Accounts Receivable
General Ledger
Reconciliations
Payroll Operations

Strong knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, and financial compliance frameworks.

Experience driving process automation, standardization, and operational excellence.

Proven people management and stakeholder management experience.

Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.

⭐ Preferred Skills

Billing Process experience within the Order-to-Cash (O2C) Tower.

SAP / SAP S4 HANA / BRIM module knowledge.

Financial Modelling & Reporting.

ERP Systems & Advanced Excel.

Exposure to AI-driven automation, BOTs, and emerging finance technologies.

Business Analytics & Strategic Financial Planning.

Educational Qualification

Minimum 15 years of regular full-time education (10+2+3).

Bachelor's Degree in:

Finance
Accounting

Preferred:

Master's Degree
CA
CFA
