Job Overview
Tata Consultancy Services is hiring HR Operations Associates – German Language Support to manage HR processes under the Hire-to-Retire (HRO) lifecycle. This role is open to candidates from any background with strong German communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Support Hire-to-Retire (HRO) HR operations processes
Handle German language communication (written & verbal)
Coordinate with internal teams for HR process execution
Ensure accuracy and timely completion of operational tasks
Use MS Office for reporting and documentation
Manage day-to-day HR backend operations
Required Skills
Strong German language proficiency (B2 / C1 level)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of HR Operations / HRO processes
Proficiency in MS Office tools
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 15 years of education (10 + 2 + 3) – Graduation required
Open to any domain or background
Must have B2 / C1 German certification
Willing to work in Bangalore (Whitefield office)
Comfortable with 24/7 shift environment
