About the Role

We're hiring an experienced Indirect Sourcing Manager / Procurement Manager with expertise in Strategic Sourcing, Category Management, Supplier Management, RFx, Contract Negotiation, Vendor Management, Spend Analysis, Cost Optimization, Procurement Operations, and Indirect Procurement. This role is ideal for professionals with experience across IT Procurement, Facilities, Corporate Services, Professional Services, and Strategic Category Management who are looking to grow their careers with one of India's leading technology and business services organizations.

Qualifications

8–15 years of experience in Indirect Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Category Management, or Procurement.
Strong experience managing indirect spend categories such as IT, facilities, corporate services, professional services, and business support.
Experience leading RFx events, commercial negotiations, supplier selection, and contract management.
Strong stakeholder management, supplier governance, and category strategy experience.
Experience in spend analysis, market intelligence, benchmarking, and cost optimization.
Good understanding of procurement policies, risk management, contract governance, and audit compliance.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Operations, or a related field.
Postgraduate qualification or procurement certification is an added advantage.

Eligibility

8–15 years of relevant experience in Indirect Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, or Category Management is mandatory.
