Italian Language Specialist – Cards Operations

Location: Mumbai
Experience: 2–10 years
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities & Skills

Handle Cards Operations – Disputes & Collections processes.
Manage client communication and ensure effective resolution of operational requirements.
Prepare and maintain MIS reports and operational reports.
Ensure timely delivery of stringent client deliverables and process SLAs.
Use MS Office tools effectively for reporting and day-to-day operations.
Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skills.
Deliver effective presentations when required.
Use Italian language skills in both written and verbal communication.

Required Qualifications

2–10 years of relevant experience.
Strong proficiency in Italian – written and verbal.
Knowledge/experience in Cards Operations, Disputes & Collections.
Good knowledge of MS Office and MIS reporting.
Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
Immediate joiners preferred.
