Hiring: Mandarin Customer Service Agent

Location: Bangalore / Mumbai
Experience: 1+ Year
CTC: Up to ₹10 LPA
Shift: APAC Business Hours
Band: BPO 2/3
Language: Native Mandarin

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries via calls, email, chat & social media
Support customers with digital banking products and account-related queries
Resolve complaints and manage escalations
Maintain customer interaction records in CRM
Meet defined KPIs, SLAs and customer satisfaction targets
Coordinate with internal banking stakeholders
Ensure compliance with banking policies and regulations

Requirements:

Diploma / Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in Banking/Financial Services
Excellent Mandarin communication skills; English is an advantage
Strong communication, problem-solving and customer-handling skills
Willingness to work shifts and weekends

Ex-TCS employees are not eligible.
