Mandarin Supplier Enablement Specialist

Location: Mumbai
Experience: 1–4 Years
Band: BPO 2
Salary: Up to ₹7 LPA
Shift: Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational/night shifts

Education

Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10+2+3).

Key Skills

Primary Skill: Mandarin language proficiency with the ability to read, understand, and communicate process-related information effectively.
Secondary Skills: Basic knowledge of supplier enablement and supply chain operations.
Understanding of customer quality and productivity expectations.
Proficiency in MS Office.

Role & Responsibilities

Coordinate and execute end-to-end supplier onboarding activities across procurement platforms such as Ariba, Coupa, Oracle, etc.
Communicate with suppliers to explain onboarding requirements, documentation needs, and system processes.
Assist suppliers with registration, profile setup, and compliance verification.
Ensure suppliers meet all business, regulatory, and system requirements before activation.
Provide non-voice support through ticketing systems, email, and digital channels.
Troubleshoot supplier onboarding issues related to registration, invoice processing, and data validation.
Collaborate with internal teams such as Procurement, Accounts Payable, and Compliance to resolve complex supplier queries.
Track, monitor, and follow up on open supplier requests to ensure timely resolution.
Maintain accurate supplier records and documentation within the onboarding system.
Validate supplier data for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
Support periodic audits and reporting activities related to supplier enablement performance.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of supplier enablement SOPs, workflows, and knowledge-base articles.

Candidate Requirements

Strong Mandarin language proficiency is mandatory.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Basic understanding of supplier onboarding/supplier enablement or supply chain processes.
Good working knowledge of MS Office.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow defined processes.
Willingness to work in rotational/night shifts.
