Job Title: MIS & Reporting Analyst

Location: Gurgaon

Experience: 3–5 Years

Salary: Up to ₹9 LPA

Work Mode: 100% Work From Office

Shift: Night Shifts (Mandatory)

Job Responsibilities:

Monitor and manage collections data from multiple sources.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of data in the collections management system.
Develop and maintain databases, MIS reports, and dashboards for B2B collections.
Generate daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports on collection performance, outstanding receivables, and aging.
Analyze collection trends and provide actionable insights to improve efficiency.
Present reports and key performance metrics to senior management.
Evaluate existing collection processes and recommend process improvements.
Collaborate with IT and Finance teams to automate and enhance collection systems.
Support the development of collection strategies and policies.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Maintain documentation for audits and collection-related activities.

Required Skills:

3–5 years of experience in MIS & Reporting/Data Analytics.
Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Advanced).
Hands-on experience with VBA (Visual Basic), Macros, Financial Modeling, DBMS, and Data Analysis Tools.
Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
Ability to interpret complex datasets and present meaningful insights.
Good understanding of OTC (Order to Cash) Lifecycle and B2B Business is an added advantage.

Night Shift is mandatory.
