Experience: Overall 15+ years in business development/operations with 3 years+ in transitioning US Healthcare BPO functions

RESPONSIBILITY
1. Deliver multiple transitions with on-time go-lives and zero escalations.

2. Improved leadership visibility through standardized dashboards and executive reporting.

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS
+ 3 years+ experience in transitioning US Healthcare BPO functions (Claims Adj, Appeals, Benefit Configuration)

MUST HAVE
+ Experience in transitioning US Healthcare BPO functions (Claims Adj, Appeals, Benefit Configuration)

+ Data Visualization & Reporting

GOOD TO HAVE
