Job Title: Treasury & Cash Management SME – Oracle ERP
Job Description:
We are seeking an analytical and risk-aware Treasury & Cash Management SME with strong corporate treasury experience to join our finance team. The role will be responsible for managing day-to-day liquidity, cash visibility, short-term funding operations, and end-to-end treasury and cash management activities.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of banking infrastructure, liquidity management, cash-flow forecasting, capital funding, and bank relationship management. The candidate should also possess advanced hands-on expertise in Oracle ERP, specifically Treasury and Cash Management modules, to optimize working capital, ensure adequate daily funding, strengthen system controls, and minimize banking-related costs.
The role requires strong knowledge of treasury operations, accounting controls, audit compliance, and financial data management. Experience with global clearing mechanisms and banking reporting formats will be highly valuable.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily treasury operations and cash management activities.
Monitor liquidity and ensure adequate cash availability for daily funding requirements.
Prepare and manage cash-flow forecasts and short-term funding plans.
Perform liquidity analysis and support working capital optimization.
Manage banking relationships and coordinate with financial institutions.
Oversee bank balance reporting and cash visibility processes.
Manage and maintain Oracle ERP Treasury and Cash Management applications.
Support Oracle ERP system ownership, controls, automation, and process improvements.
Ensure accurate accounting treatment for treasury and cash management transactions.
Maintain strong internal controls and support audit and compliance requirements.
Analyze banking infrastructure and global clearing mechanisms.
Work with banking formats and standards such as SWIFT, Fedwire, CHIPS, SEPA, BAI2, MT940, and XML ISO 20022.
Identify opportunities to improve treasury processes and reduce banking frictional costs.
Collaborate with finance and business stakeholders to support effective cash and liquidity management.

Education:
Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3).
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Professional certifications such as Certified Treasury Professional (CTP), CPA, ACCA, CA, or CMA are highly preferred.
Preferred Experience & Knowledge:
4+ years of core experience in corporate treasury operations, liquidity management, or cash forecasting.
Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP, including Oracle Cloud/Fusion or E-Business Suite Cash Management and Treasury applications.
Strong understanding of global clearing mechanisms such as SWIFT, Fedwire, CHIPS, and SEPA.
Knowledge of bank balance reporting formats including BAI2, MT940, and XML ISO 20022.
Strong understanding of working capital cycles.
Familiarity with Hyperion, Power BI, and Advanced MS Excel.
