OTC – Assistant Manager – Pricing

Location: Chennai
Experience: 7–10 Years
Shift: 12:30 PM – 3:30 AM

Job Description

We are looking for an OTC – Assistant Manager – Pricing with strong experience in Pricing, Commercial Finance, FP&A, Contracting, and BPS. The role involves developing and optimizing pricing strategies, supporting commercial deals, and partnering with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Contracting teams to deliver profitable and competitive pricing solutions.

Education

Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10+2+3)
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field

Must-Have Skills

BPS, Pricing & Contracting
7–8 years of experience in Pricing / Commercial Finance / FP&A / Contracting
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
Good understanding of P&L, cost structures, and margin optimization
Advanced MS Excel skills
Understanding of pricing strategies
ERP exposure – SAP, Oracle, or equivalent
Experience in global/client-facing environments preferred
Ability to manage multiple deals and work under deadlines

Key Responsibilities

Develop, review, and optimize pricing strategies
Support RFQ/RFP responses and commercial deal structuring
Perform financial analysis, pricing assessments, and margin analysis
Partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Contracting teams
Ensure pricing and contract governance
Conduct market and competitive analysis
Prepare pricing reports and management dashboards
Support revenue growth, profitability, and competitive positioning
