About the Role

We are hiring an experienced Payroll Lead to manage end-to-end ANZ Payroll Operations for a global organization. This role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in Oracle HCM, Workday, payroll governance, tax compliance, payroll reporting, team leadership, and client stakeholder management. You will lead payroll operations, drive process excellence, ensure compliance, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

10–12 years of experience in Payroll Operations, preferably supporting the ANZ region

Strong experience with Oracle HCM (mandatory), Workday, SAP, MYOB, and Timekeeping tools

Expertise in end-to-end payroll processing, including pre-payroll, payroll, post-payroll, gross-to-net calculations, arrears, retro pay, tax adjustments, and payroll reporting

Strong knowledge of ANZ payroll legislation, tax compliance, superannuation, year-end payroll validation, and SOX audits

Experience in Hire-to-Retire (H2R), HR Operations, Payroll Accounting, Knowledge Transfer (KT), Due Diligence, and process transitions

Proven leadership experience in team management, stakeholder management, client communication, SLA management, and continuous process improvement

Excellent analytical, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline

Willing to work 24x7 shifts (ANZ/US) from the Kolkata office.
