About the Role

We are looking for a French-speaking Procurement Operations Specialist to support end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) operations in a global shared services environment. In this role, you will leverage your French language proficiency to process procurement requests, support Purchase Order (PO) activities, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure compliance with procurement policies and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with experience in Procurement Operations, Supply Chain, and Purchase Order Processing.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

2–5 years of experience in Procurement Operations, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Supply Chain Operations, or Shared Services.

French language proficiency is mandatory, with the ability to read, write, and communicate business-related information effectively.

Experience or knowledge of Purchase Requisition (PR), Shopping Cart (SC), Purchase Order (PO) processing, and procurement workflows.

Basic understanding of Procurement and Supply Chain Operations.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Experience handling stakeholder communication, customer queries, and vendor coordination.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining SLA, quality, and productivity targets.

Willing to work night and rotational shifts.
