Location: New Delhi

Experience: 2–5 Years

Shift: Night Shift (Rotational: 5:00 PM – 2:30 AM / 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Salary: Up to ₹9 LPA

Job Summary

We are hiring Procurement Operations – French Resources to support global procurement activities. The ideal candidate should be proficient in the French language and have a basic understanding of procurement and supply chain operations. The role involves processing procurement requests, supporting Purchase Order (PO) creation, ensuring SLA compliance, and coordinating with global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Read, understand, and communicate business information in French.
Process Purchase Requisitions (PR), Shopping Carts (SC), and support Purchase Order (PO) creation.
Perform due diligence and validation checks on procurement requests.
Ensure all transactions are completed accurately within agreed SLAs.
Handle customer and stakeholder queries and follow up on open requests.
Participate in process improvement initiatives and maintain quality standards.
Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders, including French-speaking contacts.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and customer escalation processes.
Perform peer quality checks to ensure error-free processing.
Maintain productivity and quality targets while adhering to compliance requirements.

Required Skills

Strong proficiency in the French language (reading, writing, and speaking).
Basic knowledge of Procurement Operations and Supply Chain processes.
Experience with PR/SC processing and Purchase Order support is preferred.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in rotational night shifts.

Eligibility

Experience: 2–5 years.
French language proficiency is mandatory.
Procurement or Supply Chain experience is preferred.
Ex-TCS employees are not eligible to apply.
PAN Card and Date of Birth (DOB) are mandatory for profile creation.
