Job Title: Procurement Operations – German Language Expert

Location: Hyderabad

Shift: Flexible / Rotational Shift (5:00 PM – 2:30 AM & 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Role Overview

TCS is hiring a Procurement Operations – German Language Expert to provide German language support for procurement operations while ensuring compliance with client requirements, company processes, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The role involves procurement support, purchase order processing, stakeholder communication, and supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

Provide German language support for procurement operations.
Handle PR/SC requests and support Purchase Order (PO) creation.
Ensure SLA adherence, quality, and process compliance.
Coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders.
Support procurement and supply chain activities.
Follow standard operating procedures and quality guidelines.
Resolve operational queries through German-language communication.
Monitor productivity and process accuracy.
Perform peer quality checks to minimize processing errors.
Drive process improvements and maintain operational excellence.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1–4 years of relevant experience.
German language proficiency (Read, Write & Speak).
Procurement Operations.
Supply Chain Operations.
Purchase Order (PO) Processing.
Purchase Requisition (PR).
Service Contract (SC) Handling.
Process Compliance.
MS Office proficiency.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
