Hiring: Procurement Operations – Italian Resource | TCS

Location: New Delhi
Experience: 2–5 Years
CTC: Up to ₹9 LPA
Band: BPO 2/3
Shift: Night Shift (Rotational)

Job Responsibilities:

Provide Italian language support for procurement operations.
Read, understand, and communicate business/process-related information in Italian.
Process Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Shopping Cart (SC) requests.
Perform due diligence and validation checks.
Support Purchase Order (PO) creation.
Ensure SLA, quality, and productivity targets are met.
Handle stakeholder and customer queries.
Follow up on open procurement requests for timely closure.
Perform peer quality checks and support process improvement initiatives.
Work closely with internal teams and client stakeholders.
Adhere to SOPs and compliance requirements.

Required Skills:

Italian language proficiency (Mandatory) – Reading, writing, and communication.
Basic understanding of Procurement Operations & Supply Chain Operations.
Experience in PR/SC processing and PO creation.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Strong communication and analytical skills.
Willingness to work rotational night shifts:
- 5:00 PM – 2:30 AM
- 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Eligibility:

2–5 years of relevant experience.
Ex-TCS employees are not eligible to apply.
