Shift: Flexible / Rotational Shift (5:00 PM – 2:30 AM & 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Role Overview

TCS is hiring a Procurement Operations – Russian Language Expert to provide Russian language support for procurement operations while ensuring compliance with client requirements, company processes, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The role involves procurement support, purchase order processing, stakeholder communication, and supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

Provide Russian language support for procurement operations.
Handle PR/SC requests and support Purchase Order (PO) creation.
Ensure SLA adherence, quality, and process compliance.
Coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders.
Support procurement and supply chain activities.
Follow standard operating procedures and quality guidelines.
Resolve operational queries through Russian-language communication.
Monitor productivity and process accuracy.
Perform peer quality checks to minimize processing errors.
Drive process improvements and maintain operational excellence.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1–4 years of relevant experience.
Russian language proficiency (Read, Write & Speak).
Procurement Operations.
Supply Chain Operations.
Purchase Order (PO) Processing.
PR/SC Handling.
Process Compliance.
MS Office proficiency.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
