Job Overview

We are looking for a Procurement Operations – Spanish Language Expert to support procurement and supply chain operations while providing effective Spanish language support. The role involves handling procurement requests, supporting PR/SC and PO-related activities, maintaining process compliance, meeting SLA and quality requirements, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate should have strong Spanish language proficiency, good communication skills, basic knowledge of procurement and supply chain processes, and the ability to work accurately within defined timelines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Provide Spanish language support for procurement operations and process-related activities.
Read, understand, interpret, and communicate Spanish-language process information effectively.
Support procurement and supply chain operations, including PR/SC handling and PO creation support.
Receive and review PR/SC requests and perform standard process and compliance checks.
Interpret Spanish-language inputs and support timely clarification of procurement-related queries.
Assist with PO creation and ensure requests are processed accurately within defined SLAs.
Ensure products and procurement requests are processed and delivered within agreed timelines.
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly productivity, accuracy, quality, and SLA performance.
Handle queries from customers, vendors, and third-party stakeholders and provide timely responses.
Follow the defined escalation matrix for open items and unresolved issues.
Track and follow up on pending requests and open procurement items.
Perform peer-to-peer quality checks to minimize processing errors.
Follow standard operating procedures, process guidelines, training manuals, and internal controls.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and client requirements.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and support implementation of approved improvements.
Maintain effective communication and professional relationships with team members and stakeholders.
Participate in weekly client calls and other business communications with the client’s local team, as required.
Support Spanish-language communication with stakeholders to enable timely resolution of operational queries.
Maintain personal development plans in coordination with the immediate supervisor.
Complete assigned activities within defined deadlines and business requirements.

Required Skills

Spanish Language

Strong Spanish language proficiency.
Ability to read, understand, interpret, and communicate process-related information in Spanish.
Ability to support Spanish-language communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Procurement & Supply Chain

Basic understanding of Procurement Operations and Supply Chain Operations.
Knowledge of PR/SC handling and PO creation support.
Understanding of procurement process cycles and operational workflows.
Ability to follow procurement procedures, controls, and compliance requirements.

Process & Technical Skills

Proficiency in MS Office.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple requests and meet stringent SLA and productivity targets.
Understanding of customer quality and productivity expectations.
Ability to perform quality checks, follow escalation procedures, and maintain accurate documentation.

Communication & Behavioral Skills

Good written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Positive and customer-focused attitude.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Willingness to learn and adapt to process changes.
Strong ownership and accountability for assigned activities.

Candidate Profile

Graduate with minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10+2+3).
1–4 years of relevant work experience in procurement operations, supply chain operations, shared services, or related processes.
Spanish language proficiency is mandatory.
Basic procurement and supply chain knowledge is required.
Comfortable working in rotational/late shifts as per business requirements.
Willingness to work from the office in Hyderabad.
