Job Title: Procurement & Vendor Master Lead

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 5–10 Years

Role Overview

TCS is looking for an experienced Procurement & Vendor Master Lead to manage transactional procurement and vendor master operations. The role involves purchase requisition validation, purchase order processing, vendor coordination, stakeholder management, reporting, and ensuring SLA-driven procurement operations while maintaining data quality, compliance, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Validate purchase requisitions and convert approved requests into Purchase Orders (POs).
Manage end-to-end Purchase Order processing, confirmations, amendments, and expediting.
Validate approvals, supporting documents, and checklists before PO dispatch.
Coordinate with buyers, requesters, suppliers, and stakeholders.
Resolve procurement and vendor-related queries.
Monitor procurement reports and transaction status.
Identify, investigate, and resolve processing exceptions.
Escalate operational issues where required.
Ensure SLA, TAT, quality, and accuracy targets are consistently achieved.
Maintain procurement documentation and process compliance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

5–10 years of experience in Procurement and Vendor Master Operations.
Experience in Transactional Procurement and Vendor Management.
Strong Purchase Order (PO) Processing knowledge.
Working knowledge of SAP ERP.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Team management experience.
