We’re hiring a PTP MDM Team Lead with strong expertise in Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Vendor Master Data, SAP or JD Edwards, and Finance & Accounting operations. If you have experience leading vendor master processes, driving data governance, and managing ERP-based transformation initiatives, this is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of enterprise PTP operations.

What You’ll Do

* Lead Vendor Master Data (MDM) operations across enterprise PTP processes
* Manage vendor creation, modification, deactivation, and data governance
* Ensure compliance, data quality, internal controls, and audit readiness
* Act as the escalation point for complex vendor master and ERP-related issues
* Partner with Accounts Payable, Procurement, Tax, Treasury, and business stakeholders
* Drive process improvement, automation, and ERP transformation initiatives
* Support system enhancements, testing, reporting, and compliance activities
* Mentor team members and promote knowledge sharing and operational excellence

What We’re Looking For

* 8-12 years of experience in Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
* 5+ years of experience as an SME or Team Lead in PTP / Vendor Master Data operations
* Expert knowledge of SAP or JD Edwards (JDE)
* Strong understanding of Vendor Master Data, Accounts Payable, and Finance operations
* Experience in reporting, compliance, audits, and stakeholder management
* Advanced MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, Ageing, etc.)
* Strong analytical, communication, and leadership capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

* Lean Six Sigma certified or formally trained (Black Belt preferred)
* Experience in Continuous Improvement, automation, and ERP transformation projects
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or equivalent

Important Notes

* 5 days work from office is mandatory, including one weekend during month-end close
* PAN and DOB are mandatory for profile creation
