Job Title: Quality Analyst (Six Sigma Black Belt Certified)
Location: Kolkata
Experience: 10–15 Years

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Quality Analyst with mandatory Six Sigma Black Belt Certification to lead quality transformation and process improvement initiatives. The role involves driving Lean Six Sigma projects, implementing Quality Management Systems (QMS), analyzing business data, improving operational efficiency, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver continuous process excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Lean Six Sigma (DMAIC/DMADV) projects to improve business processes.
Develop, implement, and monitor Quality Management Systems (QMS).
Drive continuous process improvement initiatives across projects.
Analyze operational data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Prepare quality dashboards, reports, and presentations for stakeholders.
Mentor and train teams on Six Sigma tools and methodologies.
Ensure compliance with organizational quality standards and client requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve quality and business objectives.
Recommend automation and process optimization opportunities.
Present quality improvement strategies to senior leadership and clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Six Sigma Black Belt Certification (Mandatory).
10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Process Improvement.
Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies (DMAIC/DMADV).
Experience with Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001, CMMI, etc.).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Hands-on experience with Minitab, Power BI, and Advanced Excel.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills
Agile / Scrum methodologies.
Automation tools.
IT Services / Consulting experience.
Continuous Improvement.
Process Excellence.
Education
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
