Hiring: Real Estate Sourcing Manager / Assistant Manager

Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 8–15 Years
Salary: Up to ₹20 LPA

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Sourcing Manager / Assistant Manager to lead sourcing strategy and commercial management for real estate and workplace-related categories. The role involves managing procurement for leased spaces, facilities services, fit-outs, maintenance, utilities, and associated service providers while ensuring cost optimization, governance, and operational continuity.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sourcing strategies for real estate and workplace-related spend.
Lead strategic sourcing for leased properties, facilities management, fit-outs, maintenance services, utilities, and related categories.
Manage supplier identification, RFx processes, commercial evaluations, negotiations, vendor selection, and contract execution.
Collaborate with Facilities, Operations, Finance, Legal, Workplace Services, and Project teams to understand business requirements.
Support site selection, lease negotiations, and supplier governance activities.
Monitor market trends, supplier capabilities, regulatory requirements, and commercial benchmarks.
Drive supplier performance reviews, SLA governance, and issue resolution.
Deliver cost savings, demand optimization, contract value realization, and risk mitigation.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies, contract governance, and audit requirements.
Mentor team members and drive process standardization and reporting improvements.

Eligibility Criteria

8–15 years of relevant experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Category Management, or Commercial roles.
Strong exposure to Real Estate, Facilities, Workplace Services, Capital Projects, or Property-related procurement.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, Facilities Management, or a related discipline.
Procurement, Facilities, or Project Management certifications are preferred.
