Hiring: SME – CA/CFA
Role/Skill: SME – CA/CFA
Location: Kolkata / Thane
Experience: 7–10 Years
Band: BPO 3 / BPO 4 / BPO 5
Salary: Up to ₹17 LPA
Eligibility
CA or CFA qualification (Mandatory)
7–10 years of relevant experience
Strong Capital Market domain knowledge
Advanced expertise in Financial Statement Analysis, Ratio Analysis, and Trend Analysis
Good understanding of Equity, Fixed Income, Financial Planning & Analysis, and Stock Markets
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Understanding of Lean Six Sigma and Agile methodologies
Preferred Qualifications
Certifications in Capital or Stock Markets (NISM, CMSA, or equivalent) will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Interpret financial performance and profitability through ratio, trend, and comparative financial analysis.
Guide teams on the complete trade lifecycle, including order initiation, execution, settlement, clearing, confirmations, and reconciliations.
Support change management initiatives, training programs, and performance management activities.
Collaborate with product owners to define functional requirements and review business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and system design documents.
Implement and promote best practices within the Capital Markets domain.
Drive process improvement initiatives and simplify complex business processes.
Resolve day-to-day operational issues and ensure service level commitments are consistently achieved.
Develop, review, and maintain SOPs and quality reports to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
