Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) – Financial Master Data Management to manage and govern enterprise financial master data while ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and process efficiency. The role involves maintaining Financial Master Data, Vendor & Customer Master, Chart of Accounts (COA), Business Units, Legal Entities, Cost Centers, and organizational hierarchies within Oracle ERP.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Master Data Management (MDM), Oracle ERP, Financial Data Governance, Internal Controls, SOX/SoD Compliance, SLA Management, Stakeholder Management, and Advanced Excel. You will collaborate closely with Finance, Procurement, IT, and Audit teams to streamline processes, enhance system performance, and maintain data integrity across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end Financial Master Data, Vendor & Customer Master records.
Govern Chart of Accounts (COA), Business Units, Cost Centers, Legal Entities, and organizational hierarchies.
Perform master data creation, maintenance, mass updates, and data mapping using Oracle ERP tools.
Ensure compliance with SOX controls, Segregation of Duties (SoD), and internal audit requirements.
Drive data governance, quality assurance, and SLA adherence.
Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve data issues and improve business processes.
Support Oracle ERP enhancements, system optimization, and automation initiatives.
Lead governance of global Supplier/Vendor Master data and maintain accurate financial records.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum 15 years of regular full-time education (10+2+3).
CPA, CFA, or MBA is an added advantage.
