The Support Solutions Agent will ensure a seamless customer experience in a blended process, using Australian voice expertise to resolve service issues and inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer interactions via multiple communication channels.
- Resolve account discrepancies and escalate unresolved issues.
- Provide insights into self-help tools and additional services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with 0-2 years in customer service.
- High proficiency in Australian voice etiquette and blended tools.
