Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) Analyst

Location: Chennai
Experience: 5–10 Years
Band: BPO 3/4
Salary: Up to ₹12 LPA
Shift: Candidates must be flexible to work in rotational/night shifts.

Education

Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10+2+3).
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Finance, or a related field.

Job Overview

The Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) Analyst will be responsible for reviewing third-party risks, conducting risk assessments, classifying third parties based on risk levels, and ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable legal/regulatory requirements.

The role involves close collaboration with Procurement and Business stakeholders to support the TPRM process, identify potential risks, and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.

Required Skills & Experience

5–8 years of experience in Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) and third-party due diligence.
Strong knowledge of risk management and third-party risk analysis.
Experience with supplier due diligence.
Good understanding of SOC 2 controls and compliance.
Familiarity with TPRM tools available in the market.
Experience working with ERP and TPRM tools.
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with international contracts and regulatory requirements is preferred.
Legal or paralegal certification is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Third-Party Risk Management

Review and assess third-party risks.
Conduct impact assessments and assign appropriate risk ratings such as High, Medium, or Low.
Conduct third-party due diligence and monitor risk mitigation activities.
Maintain third-party risk databases and repositories.
Track risk mitigation milestones and ensure timely closure.

Compliance & Risk Management

Ensure third parties comply with TPRM requirements and internal policies.
Identify potential risks and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.
Support compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Collaborate with Procurement and Business stakeholders to gather requirements and resolve risk-related issues.
Support the development and implementation of risk mitigation strategies.
Act as a point of contact for TPRM-related queries.

Reporting & Documentation

Prepare reports covering TPRM database status, due diligence, risk levels, and mitigation strategies.
Maintain accurate documentation, records, and audit trails.
Ensure TPRM activities are properly documented and available for audit purposes.
