Job Title : Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) Analyst

Job Description

We are hiring a Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) Analyst in Chennai with 5–10 years of experience in Third-Party Risk Management, Vendor Risk Management, Supplier Due Diligence, Risk Assessment, and Compliance. The role will be responsible for assessing third-party risks, conducting due diligence, classifying vendors based on risk levels, monitoring compliance requirements, and developing risk mitigation strategies in collaboration with Procurement and business stakeholders.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with TPRM processes and tools, strong knowledge of risk management, third-party risk analysis, supplier due diligence, SOC 2 controls and compliance, and the ability to work with international contracts and regulatory requirements. Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills are essential.

Shift: Rotational / Night Shift – Flexibility Required

Key Responsibilities

Third-Party Risk Assessment: Review third-party risks, conduct impact assessments, analyze risk exposure, and classify suppliers/vendors into High, Medium, or Low risk categories.
Due Diligence & Compliance: Conduct end-to-end third-party due diligence and ensure vendors comply with TPRM requirements, internal policies, regulatory standards, and contractual obligations.
Risk Mitigation: Collaborate with Procurement and business stakeholders to identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, track remediation activities, and monitor risk mitigation milestones.
TPRM Database & Tools: Maintain accurate third-party risk databases, repositories, due diligence records, audit trails, and work with industry-standard TPRM tools and ERP systems.
Reporting & Stakeholder Management: Prepare TPRM reports covering risk levels, due diligence status, compliance gaps, and mitigation actions while serving as a point of contact for TPRM-related queries.

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field.
Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10+2+3).
5–10 years of relevant experience, preferably 5–8 years specifically in TPRM and third-party due diligence.
Hands-on experience with TPRM tools, ERP systems, risk databases, and vendor/supplier risk processes.
Familiarity with international contracts and regulatory requirements is preferred.
Legal or Paralegal certification is an advantage.
