Role/Skill: L&D-Learner Care Specialist

Location: Bengaluru

Years of experience: 3-8 years

Band: BPO 3

**Overview:**

Lead the implementation of a new enrollment process for Transition to Management, with responsibility for coordinating additional resources to support the associated activities.


This high-touch customer service role requires exceptional patience, strong learner support skills, and the ability to deliver timely, accurate responses with a high level of professionalism.


**Qualifications & Technical Proficiency**

• Bachelor’s degree (IT preferred/Any Graduate).

• Strong knowledge My Learning, MS Teams, SharePoint.

• Experience with digital learning tools and content authoring software.

• Administrative and problem-solving skills with learners to provide quick and accurate responses.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.


**Core Responsibilities:**

• Manage and interface with registration system technology (My Learning, SharePoint, Events App) to ensure accuracy of events

• Understand registration system architecture to foresee potential issues, manage ongoing changes, troubleshoot, and resolve registration issues, troubleshoot technical issues and provide user support for learning platforms.

• Collaborates with staff to resolve complex student questions and issues relating to enrollment, registration, logistics, charges, and cancellations.

• Manage registration group box and respond to inquiries from learners, faculty, program managers/owners, speakers, etc in a timely manner (i.e. within 24 business hours).

• Oversee registration activities of leadership, functional excellence, and other L&D programs.

• Provide superior customer service to assist learners in understanding available program curriculum


**Work Experience:**

• 3+ years of experience in learning and development, human resources, or a related field.

• Proficiency in LMS (My Learning, SharePoint, Events App & tools.

• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills

• Understand registration system architecture to foresee potential issues


**Behavioral Attribute:**

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact frequently with senior leadership teams, Business leads etc.

• Demonstrated ability to think creatively & provide answers and solutions to learners.

• Collaborate with staff to resolve complex student questions and issues relating to enrollment, registration, logistics, charges, and cancellations, effective collaboration with team members, clients, and other stakeholders.

• Keep student information confidential, secure, and use discretion as necessary.


**Work Conditions**

• Capability to accommodate 24/7 shift schedules as needed.

• Regular adherence to US shift schedules, potentially involving night shifts in India.

• Facilitate and oversee interactions with various stakeholders, including senior leadership teams, as necessary.

• Office-based work exclusively; remote work not available.
