Location: Gandhinagar / Chennai
Experience: 1–7 Years
Band: BPO 2
Salary: Up to ₹8 LPA
Shift: US Shift
Work Mode: Mandatory WFO – 5 Days a Week

Role: US Mortgage Bankruptcy

What we're looking for:

Working knowledge of Proof of Claims (POC), Motion for Relief (MFR), PPFN, PCN, NOFC
Knowledge of Referrals to Release, Reaffirmations, Plan Review & SOI Review
Understanding of Transfer Notices
Experience with 410A forms & payment history preparation
Experience preparing POC & MFR drafts for attorney review
Good understanding of Chapter 13 guidelines — plan structure, repayment, discharge & eligibility
Knowledge of Bankruptcy setup, closure & discharge processes
Working knowledge of Chapters 7, 11 & 13
Experience handling setup, corrections & modifications of key bankruptcy dates

Eligibility

Minimum 15 years of education / degree completion
1–5 years of relevant domain experience preferred
Good written & verbal communication skills in English
Ex-TCS employees are not eligible
