Location: Balakong, Selangor, Malaysia

Experience: 2–3 Years
Job Type: Full-Time
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary: RM2,000 – RM2,400

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Assembly Technician to join our manufacturing team in Balakong, Selangor. The ideal candidate should have experience in assembly operations, warehouse activities, and inventory management. Experience in rack assembly and material handling will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Assemble racks and related products such as EzRack, Smart Rack, and Wall Mount Casings.
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and products.
Prepare outgoing shipments by checking quantities, packaging, and palletizing or wooden case packing.
Pick and prepare materials and products for production and dispatch.
Move materials between the warehouse and assembly area.
Perform stock-in and stock-out transactions for manufacturing and warehouse operations.
Prepare pick lists for rack assembly production.
Coordinate with the Assembly Leader to ensure smooth production activities.
Prepare debit orders for powder coating processes.
Support quarterly and annual stock take activities.
Operate a forklift for loading and unloading materials (forklift license is an advantage).
Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in an assembly or manufacturing environment.
Experience with rack assembly is preferred.
Knowledge of warehouse, inventory, and material handling processes.
Forklift operating experience is an added advantage.
Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks.
Good teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.
Immediate joiners are preferred.

Additional Information

Work Location: Balakong, Selangor, Malaysia.
Working Days: Monday to Friday.
Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM.
Forklift license is an added advantage.
