Work Schedule: 6 days a week, 7 am - 11 pm
Job Type: Full-time
We are currently hiring dynamic and multilingual individuals for the position of Call Centre Executives at our Ara Damansara location. The ideal candidates will possess a strong command of Cantonese, Mandarin, and English, with the ability to read and write in Traditional Chinese Characters.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls from customers with professionalism and courtesy.
- Conduct assessments based on language proficiency to align with specific projects.
- Utilize excellent language skills in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English to provide top-notch customer service.
- Complete tasks related to reading Traditional Chinese Characters as an essential requirement.
- Meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure service excellence.
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in reading and writing Traditional Chinese Characters is a must.
- Age below 35 years.
- Education level of SPM and above.
Working Conditions:
- 6 days a week with working hours from 7 am to 11 pm.
- Physical attendance at work location in Ara Damansara is required on a daily basis.
Salary Structure:
- Basic Salary: RM 2800
- KPI Bonus: RM 500
Location Preference:
- Candidates must reside in proximity to Ara Damansara.
