Job Title: Customer Service Advisor (Cantonese-Proficient)
Location: George Town, Penang
Salary Range: MYR 2800 to MYR 3300
Job Type: Full-time, Rotational Shift
We are dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service, and we are currently seeking a skilled and Cantonese-proficient individual to join our dynamic Customer Service team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service and support via various communication channels, with a focus on Cantonese-speaking customers.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Effectively communicate product information, policies, and procedures to customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in reading and writing Cantonese is mandatory.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous.
- Ability to work effectively in a rotational shift environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer service tools is a plus.
