Job Requirements
Must possess at least an Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree or higher, in any fields. Fresh graduates are encourage to apply Good command in English & local language in both spoken and written. Ability to work in a fast paced environment with high volume. Resourceful, proactive and able to work independently Fast learner with good analytical thinking and problem solving skills. Adeptness in Microsoft office tools, i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Ready to work in shift rotations (AM/PM/Midnight shifts) based on business needs Able to work on public holidays and weekends (based on business needs)
- Perform analysis and price/product specification comparison as per guideline.
- Ensuring all requests/checks are initiated correctly within Service Level Agreement, while maintaining the results accuracy and meeting the KPIs.
- Continuous tracking, update and input daily tracking sheets on work done.
- Perform other job-related duties as requested.
