Job Title: DOCUMENT CONTROLLER
Location: Shah Alam, Malaysia
Salary Range: Negotiable
Eligibility: Open to Malaysian citizens only
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Document Controller to join our team. This role is open to candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience, as well as fresh graduates who are eager to build a career in document control and project coordination.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage and maintain project documents and drawings.
• Maintain accurate document control systems and version control.
• Review and organise AutoCAD structural drawings and diagrams.
• Coordinate with the design team to ensure documents and drawings are properly updated and distributed.
• Prepare and maintain document registers.
• Ensure all project documentation is properly filed, tracked, and accessible.
• Work efficiently under tight deadlines and service level agreements (SLAs).
REQUIREMENTS
• 1–2 years of proven experience as a Document Controller is preferred; fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of structural drawings and diagrams.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple documents and tasks effectively.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and meet established SLAs.
