Job Description :

We are looking for a skilled MIG Welding Technician to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on MIG welding experience, be able to interpret technical drawings, and ensure high-quality welding while following workplace safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Perform MIG welding according to engineering drawings and specifications.
Read and interpret technical drawings and welding symbols accurately.
Ensure weld quality meets company and industry standards.
Inspect welded components and perform minor repairs when required.
Follow health, safety, and quality procedures at all times.
Maintain welding equipment and ensure proper housekeeping.
Work independently as well as collaboratively with the production team.

Required Qualifications

Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
Minimum 1–3 years of MIG welding experience.
Good understanding of welding techniques, technical drawings, and welding symbols.
Knowledge of workplace health and safety procedures.
Physically fit and capable of working in a manufacturing environment.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Important Notes

Onsite role in Malaysia.
Initial Day Shift (8:30 AM – 6:00 PM).
Will transition to 12-hour Rotational Shifts (8:00 AM–8:00 PM / 8:00 PM–8:00 AM).
Candidates must be physically fit and willing to work in a manufacturing environment.
