PROJECT MANAGER – TECHNOLOGY / TRANSFORMATION
Location: Malaysia
Nationality: Malaysian Citizens Only
Experience: 6–10 Years
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage medium to large-scale technology and transformation projects within an enterprise environment, preferably in banking, financial services, or enterprise technology.
Key Responsibilities
• Own project delivery from planning through execution and closure.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, risks, issues, dependencies, and governance.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope, timeline, and quality standards.
• Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular project updates.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve issues proactively.
• Coordinate with vendors and external partners where required.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
• Support project governance, planning, reporting, and execution activities.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• 6–10 years of experience in project management.
• Experience in banking, financial services, or enterprise technology is preferred.
• Proven experience managing medium to large-scale technology or transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and software delivery methodologies.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong planning, coordination, and execution capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Strong experience in risk, issue, and dependency management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, Confluence, or equivalent tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
Preferred Certifications
• PMP
• PRINCE2
• Agile / Scrum Certification
• SAFe Certification is an advantage
