Job Scope and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent diploma.

• Dynamic leader with experience and passion for managing large and diverse teams across multiple

workflows in a fast-paced environment, able to deal with rapid change and ambiguity.

• Advantage: Freight forwarding industry knowledge (shipping documentation, VGM, EDI, MBL)

• Advantage: Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Adobe

Team Lead Experience must have min of 1 year

Team Leader – Mandarin

Open to Local Malaysian.

Minimum bilingual requirements - Able to read & understand Mandarin with basic English is mandatory.

Working hours – Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm)

Working in BPO/Call Centre is an added advantage.

2– 3 years of experience in freight forwarding is a must.

Able to work in Petaling Jaya.

1 headcount required.
