Job Summary

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Technical / Enterprise Sales Executive to join our Data Center Business Unit. This role is responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships with enterprise customers, colocation providers, and hyperscale data centers while driving revenue growth through end-to-end data center infrastructure solutions.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in B2B enterprise sales, preferably within the Data Center, IT infrastructure, electrical, or technology solutions industry.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage strategic relationships with large enterprise customers, colocation providers, and hyperscale data centers.
Create and execute account plans to drive revenue growth and increase solution adoption.
Promote end-to-end Data Center infrastructure solutions, including:
- Racking Systems
- Containment
- Cable Management
- UPS
- Busway
- Power Distribution Units (PDUs)
- Cooling Solutions
- Cabling Infrastructure
Conduct customer needs analysis and identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
Collaborate with Solution Engineering, Marketing, and Project Delivery teams to deliver tailored solutions.
Work closely with consultants, contractors, and channel partners to influence project specifications and secure new business.
Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and management updates.
Lead commercial negotiations, prepare proposals, and close sales opportunities.

Qualifications

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of B2B Sales or Business Development experience.
Experience in Data Center, IT Infrastructure, Electrical, Networking, or related industries is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and key account management.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Willing to travel for business within and outside Klang Valley.
Must possess own transportation.
Degree qualification is required.
Candidates below 40 years old are preferred.
