Job Title: Assembly Technician

Job Location: Balakong, Selangor, Malaysia

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience: 2–3 Years

Salary: RM2,000 – RM2,400 Gross per month (Including Allowances)

Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Assembly Technician to join our manufacturing team in Balakong, Selangor. The ideal candidate should have experience in assembly operations, warehouse activities, inventory handling, and material movement. Experience with rack assembly and forklift operation will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Perform rack assembly for products such as EzRack, Smart Rack, Wall Mount Casing, and related systems.
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and goods.
Pick, pack, and prepare products for dispatch.
Package outgoing goods using pallets or wooden cases.
Perform stock-in and stock-out transactions for materials and finished goods.
Prepare pick lists for rack assembly products.
Move materials between the warehouse and assembly area.
Coordinate with the Assembly Leader to ensure smooth production activities.
Prepare debit orders for powder coating processes.
Support quarterly and annual stock-taking activities.
Operate forklifts for loading and unloading materials (forklift license preferred).
Perform other duties assigned by management.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in an assembly or manufacturing environment.
Experience in rack assembly is preferred.
Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
Ability to read and follow assembly instructions.
Forklift operating experience is preferred (license is an added advantage).
Immediate joiners are preferred.

Benefits

Gross Salary: RM2,000 – RM2,400 (Including Allowances)
Transport Allowance: RM100 – RM125
Attendance Allowance: RM75
Five-day work week (Monday to Friday)
